The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar taking inspiration from some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe including a classic French Onion Soup, Wiener Schnitzel, Moules-Frites, Alsace inspired Flatbreads to a Basque Cheesecake.
