Soul & Cocktail Bar

The Lounge & Cocktail Bar serves guests imaginative and modern takes on classic cocktails – from light and fruity to full bodied and aromatic. Explore a selection of wines and spirits from across Europe, including a selection of biodynamic and natural wines too.  

In the evening, the bar comes alive with a programme of live music, DJs and curated events to take guests late into the evening. Please note, last entry is 12am

New Year's Eve at The Brush Grand Café

Ring in the New Year at The Brush Grand Café, and delight in our £95pp 5-course set menu which includes a glass of champagne to toast to 2025! Early birds who dine before 6pm can also enjoy a 1/2 carafe of wine to share on the house.

After dinner, hit the dance floor with our live band in the cocktail bar. Then when the countdown begins, elevate your night with exclusive access to the 24th floor for a stunning view of London’s fireworks accompanied by a live DJ. End your night back in our first floor bar and dance the night away!
