Indulge in the tartlet of hand-picked crab, where creamy avocado, zesty lime, and a hint of chili create the perfect harmony of flavours. Savour our showstopper: pan-roasted charolais beef filet, and then end the evening over a warm chocolate fondant, served with passion fruit sorbet and adorned with rose leaves—because nothing says romance like chocolate and roses.
